Why Clients Choose CM Pros
A process that feels calm and in control
We replace stress with structure. You always know what’s coming, what’s needed from you, and how decisions affect the schedule and cost.
Clarity you don’t have to chase
Expect a weekly written update and access to a client portal for schedule snapshots, selections, progress photos, and approvals.
Craftsmanship that holds up to real life
From engineered foundations on sloped lots to careful envelope details for comfort and efficiency, we build for longevity as much as beauty.
Accountability at every turn
Our Transparent Change-Order Assurance means no change proceeds without a written scope, line-item cost, and any schedule effect—approved by you.
Our Process: A Calm 4-Step Path from Vision to Keys
Step 1 — Discover & Define
We begin with a focused conversation and site review. Together, we clarify your vision, priorities, investment range, and timeline. If you’ve already selected an architect or designer, we align early; if not, we introduce vetted partners and outline the path to a permit-ready set.
You get: a clear scope, informed feasibility, and a shared roadmap.
Step 2 — Design & Approvals
We coordinate drawings, engineering, and selections into a clean package tailored for Lehi’s review process. This will be a paid service. You’ll see an itemized scope with allowances where appropriate, a build sequence, and a realistic schedule—before anything is locked. We carefully surface the decisions you’ll make and when you’ll make them, so choices feel manageable, not rushed.
You approve: plan, pricing, and schedule with full transparency.
We handle: city submissions, inspection sequencing, and pre-construction setup.
Step 3 — Build & Communicate
A dedicated superintendent and client relationship lead manage day-to-day execution and keep you informed. You’ll receive a weekly update summarizing progress, upcoming milestones, and decisions due. We schedule predictable walk-throughs at key stages (foundation, framing/MEP rough-in, insulation/drywall, finishes) and provide photo/video for remote visibility.
Change-Order Assurance: No work proceeds without your written approval showing scope, cost, and any schedule impact.
The result: organized sites, meticulous workmanship, and no guesswork.
Step 4 — Deliver & Care
Handover includes a thorough orientation plus a closeout package (warranties, finish schedules, vendor list, and care guide). Our relationship doesn’t end at move-in. We return at 6 and 12 months to tune doors, review systems, and address anything that may settle with time.
Peace of mind: a concierge partner who stays with you beyond completion.

What It’s Like to Work with CM Pros
David was correct. Not only did he diagnose the problem but did an amazing job repairing the extensive damage, including a main support post, that wasn’t part of the original project. While most people are waiting months for appliances, sub-contractors, etc. in this horrible supply chain climate he used his network to find everything, and everyone, we needed to get the project done in record time. He took care of literally everything throughout the process. His sub-contractors love working with him and they actually show up 😊 We are enjoying our new beautiful space already with only a few small details to finish up. We’ll be sad to see him go. Not only is he an amazing contractor but really does care about his customers and takes great pride in the quality of work performed. David is a great person all the way around. We’ll hire him again for future projects and highly recommend him. Happy CMP Customer in Sandy, Utah"
We made a couple of changes and added on couple of projects and he adjusted as needed for us. He also had a couple of creative suggestions for us which we appreciated. The crews and sub contractors were professional and dependable and I felt good and did not worry about having them in my home.
Just like others during this time there were supply chain issues and Dave dealt with these issues professionally and communicated with us. Dave is honest, and the work was done the way we expect, I’m picky, and it turned out beautiful.
I would work with Dave again and highly recommend him."
David communicated well throughout the process so that there were no surprises and made himself available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had.
Also, despite the craziness in construction these days with regards to worker and material availability, he was able to get all of the work done as planned (we had a strict deadline).
Overall, after vetting a few contractors out there, we are glad we decided to choose David for our project!"
